DE&I is an important pillar in the values and culture that And-Ber Games advocates and stands for. As we design our games we do our best to be inclusive and focus on creating a game experience and environment that brings people together regardless of race, faith, sexual orientation, gender, identity, or any other defining/identifying factors one may have. 

The And-Ber Inclusion Initiative is meant to help support in an impactful way toward causes or groups that educate and encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.

HOW WILL WE DO THIS?

To do this we will periodically release merchandise oriented toward a specific initiative. These Items will be marked as "Initiative Items" within our merchandise store within their description. During the month in which a specific initiative is recognized 50% of profits made from those initiative items will be donated to a group/organization or cause associated with that initiative. For the remaining months of the year, outside of the month of recognition, 5% of profits made from a specific initiative's items will also be donated.
